Making Sense of What You Carry

Warm, connected therapy in Grey Lynn, Auckland and online.

A Little About Me

I am a Samoan/Pākehā therapist and former medical doctor offering warm, relational psychodynamic therapy for adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, identity struggles, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach is grounded in authenticity, curiosity, humour, and meaningful human connection. I aim to create a space where people feel safe to speak openly, feel genuinely understood, and explore their experiences without judgement.

I have a particular interest in supporting Māori and Pacific clients, mixed-identity clients, and people navigating questions of identity, belonging, connection, and emotional pain.
